To remove the radiator from a 2005 Chevy Venture, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator. Next, disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, as well as the transmission cooler lines if applicable. Finally, unbolt the radiator from its mounting points and carefully lift it out of the engine compartment.
