The ECM is located under the dash behind the glove box. To remove the ECM.
1. Remove the glove box. There is a release under the box, push it up to release it.
2. The key should be off and preferably pull the battery cable before removing the ECM.

3. Release the latches and remove the wire connectors.
4. The ECM is held in with bolts, remove them and the ECM will pull out.
Reverse the procedure to reinstall the ECM.

You should be able to pull the lens off to get to the bulb. After you take the bulb out you will see 2 little round pins. Just pull them of and disconnect the wires.

I cant remember the exact steps, but I dit it once, you pull the steering wheel off, then pull off all the plastic covers around it, and pull a little pin out of the ignition key cylinder, then it drops out, and you can install a new one (or use pliers like i did)
