The ECM is located under the dash behind the glove box. To remove the ECM.
1. Remove the glove box. There is a release under the box, push it up to release it.
2. The key should be off and preferably pull the battery cable before removing the ECM.
Working thru the glove box opening:
3. Release the latches and remove the wire connectors.
4. The ECM is held in with bolts, remove them and the ECM will pull out.
Reverse the procedure to reinstall the ECM.

You should be able to pull the lens off to get to the bulb. After you take the bulb out you will see 2 little round pins. Just pull them of and disconnect the wires.

I cant remember the exact steps, but I dit it once, you pull the steering wheel off, then pull off all the plastic covers around it, and pull a little pin out of the ignition key cylinder, then it drops out, and you can install a new one (or use pliers like i did)
I assume you are asking about the socket that the cigarette lighter plugs into. First take out the ash tray, then remove the slide that it mounts to. That may require removal of the under dash cover. Then reach up through the hole where the ashtray was and disconnect the wire plug, turn the nut off and the socket will pull out through the front of the dash.
