How Xbox Live works?

Xbox Live is a feature on Xbox and Xbox 360 that enables the player to play in real time with others in a different province or country. Xbox Live requires a high speed internet connection and the correct hook ups. However, xbox Live is not free, it cost $50 a year. Most games that have mulitplayer usual is xbox live enabled. However, some games will not be allow to be played on xbox live.

It works like any other PC. But, with very little RAM , GPU memory , e.t.c , it is able to play heavy games with high graphics and FPS. This is because the games are read from the disk and played , whereas , in a PC it is read from a Hard disk which takes time to respond. It basically has better memory management and the taskes are arranged proprely in the disk. Each game in the Xbox 360 has a custom ATI graphics driver(xbox 360 has an ATI GPU) and the creator can customize the driver for the particular game.
