The answer is you don't.
A database has tables, stored procedures, etc. To put some of these elements in alphabetic order does not make senses at all.
Depends on the type of database and the viewer of tables, the table list may already be listed alphabetic order already (or may be sorted by timestamps, created, updated, etc)

In terms of what? Alphabetic order? That would be Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela.
Put them in alphabetic order and add combining vowels, regardless of whether the initial letter is a consonant or a vowel.
