If you mean like a ring, you take the ball from between the two sides of the ring and set it somewhere safe. Then bend the hoop so it makes a spiral, then slide it in, bend it back, and put the ball back into place. Or if you're like me, which I don't recommend, drop the ball, lose it, and just bend the ring shut lol.

∙ 13y agoTake off the captive ball (of course) put one end in the piercing and gently roll it threw the piercing. It should go in just fine.
