For physically mounting the radio, Scosche makes a special GM "wide" kit - available at Walmart. Scosche part number GM1503W. For wiring, Scosche also makes an adapter kit (Scosche part number GMDA) that works like a charm. Just plug the adapter between new radio and factory connector (don't forget to plug in the antenna connector adapter that comes with it - factory antenna plug is smaller than "standard" antenna plugs. Also available at WalMart. I used both items this weekend to install a Pioneer stereo which we'd purchased at WalMart last year. I did run into an issue with the mounting kit: the faceplace mounts just fine, but the instructions gave no information on how to keep the radio/CD player from trying to flop up and down and pull itself out of the faceplate. I simply ran two screws through the sides of the Scosche mounting housing into available holes in the radio and that seems to work just fine.

Yes...I checked with the dealer parts depatment and it come up as the same part number. But you should compare the old with the new to see for yourself that they match. Good luck with your repair.
