2. Then, there should be a little hole on the rightside of the phone.
3. You push the pin hard in to the hole.
4. It should pop open and now insert the sim.

The iphone 4 comes with a micro sim. Your normal sim will not work with it. My AT&T dealer says he can transfer data directly from your sim/old phone to your new iphone 4.
