iTunes for the computer is very different than the iTunes that you have on your iPod Touch. You can only have the iTunes from your computer when you download it for your PC (not for the Mac, there are two separate iTunes softwares) from Apple's website.
iTunes can be installed on any Windows computer as well as Mac.
Go to the Applications folder on your Mac. Select iTunes, then go to File>Get Info, or press Command-I.
On a regular Mac GarageBand is located in the Applications folder.

This iPod to iTunes Mac can also be used to manage iPhone, and all formats compatible with iPod/iPhone are supported.

You cannot download the PC/Mac version of iTunes onto any iPod. Out of the box, however, iPods automatically have the ability to play music and videos.
Just copy your Itunes library onto a flash drive, and there you have it. Steps, 1.copy every song off your PC onto a flash drive, 2.insert the flash drive into your mac and put the music files anywhere you want 3.open them all, and there you go.
