You simply insert the disc while iTunes is running (Unless iTunes is your default media player, then it should prompt itself), and it should should ask you what you wish to do with the media, importing it into your library being at the top. Click, and it will begin. If it does not ask you, simply click on the device, which should be a symbol of a CD with the album title beside it ( this is all on the left hand options bar in the iTunes screen). It will list all the songs. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen, there is a import button. Viola.
