well when you plug up your iPod imesh should appear, remember you can only choose songs with the green CD next to them. Go to your iTunes library, go to add file to library, then click which folder you saved your songs to. ( If you don't know which folder go to imesh, click menu, go to tools and go to library and downloads and choose the folder)
