if it is the same as my 2002 Clio it should slide open if you push down on it and in the direction of the key http//www.beaucroft.co.uk
You can replace Clio seats by first disconnecting the battery if the seats are electric. Remove rear and front seat protectors, then remove the bolts. Carefully lift the seat and disconnect any wiring. You can then replace the seat, wire it up if it's electric and clamp it back down with the bolts.
Nearside strut next to the battery. held down with 2 torx screws
It's connected to the water bottle, halfway down towards the rear of the engine.
Well, I have had a problem with my sister hazard light button, Some of the Renault Components are so cheaply made they are just not built to last. I would go down to your local Renault dealer and buy a new one for £9. Although there is still no harm in stripping the component down and locating the problem :D. hope this helps!
Yes, it is safe but the battery will run down and the engine will stop. This will strand you on the road. The most likely problem is the alternator has failed and needs replacing.
If you speek on the clio F-series engines : Get your arm between the crick space and the engine get down for 35cm. get your hand near the block. It's the little "capsule" with one wire on it. 19mm plate key to unscrew it. Search it without seing anything...

My clio has central locking, to reset the fob so it would work i got in the car and held down the locking button (next to the ash tray) until the flashing red light above the speedo went solid then still holding the button down pressed the fob then let go of both and pressed the fob again and it worked. hope this helps
according to the haynes manual, it is 42 litres. I ran down a full tank on my N reg 1996 1171cc MK1 clio for 390 miles with 70% city driving, it took 40 litres to replenish the tank at the end, so the tank holds 42 litres is fairly accurate.
In my clio it is on the passenger side of the dashboard, you need to open the door and look down the side of the dash.
