You hum it for a while and press notes on a pianountil you find the right one. It takes a while. It helps if you train your ears to know what note is being played without using sheet music. Once you figure out what the note is on the piano, write it down! You should learn to read music if you don't already...otherwise no one else will be able to play your music!!
