To solve this puzzle you will need to reach tech Level 3 Restoration, Level 3 Leadership, have a tribal chief, a Master Builder, and a completed bath (solved Puzzle 8).
First thing to do is drop the Master Builder on the chalkboard (which will be blank after the bath is completed), and he/she will draw up plans for the statue.
Next, drag an adult villager other than a nursing mom up the path to the door until he/she "Sees a good place to anchor the statue". This villager is more likely to be successful if he/she has some building skill. That villager will then build scaffolding to help anchor the statue. Your chief must direct work on the statue, so drop him/her on the statue to begin this process. If the chief stops directing the work, then progress will halt until the chief returns to his/her duties.
Once the chief is directing, you can then drop builders on the statue to help push the statue. The villagers must push the statue up the path towards the door. This take will take several hours. You can click on the statue to bring up a timer in the status bar that will help you determine how long is left - but this time depends on how many builders you have working on the project and may increase if builders leave the project. Your builders may occasionally complain that "there is no more room to help out" as only a limited number of builders can work on the statue at any given time.

∙ 12y agoTo rebuild the statue, you need to level up in devotion (see "tech"). You can repair it/build it a little more each time you level up, starting with level one. It does cost tech points to gain levels, so once food is no longer a problem it would be a good idea to train a lot of researchers. Good luck!

Where is te third key in virtual villagers the lost city?
You need to shift the fallen statue back into position for a glass ball to fall down. Someone (I think they need to have mastered three skills) needs to pick it up and polish it. Then it ends up in the science lab. After that you need your chief to pick it up and replace the pearl with the glass ball.
Why don't the villagers keep watering the field on virtual villagers?
it means ether the crops are ready or you have not unlocked farming. Edit by Jay: If you mean on VV Origins and the to-be garden field in the middle-left, it's because only builders continue to water the field. Villagers with other occupations only water it once; you have to drag them onto the field and have them walk to the lagoon and back if you want them to do it again.
How do you heal a weekend villager in Virtual Villagers?
It depends on the villager. If she is elderly, she will never recover. If she is weakened because of a sickness, curing it will bring her health back. If she is weakened because of hunger, enough food will make her recover. Also, try a stew with three orange flowers, it seems to have a good effect on villagers who eat it.

It is actually really simple. All you have to do is quit the game or play as another tribe for a while (I am not sure how long but maybe 10 minutes but I can't guarantee it) and it will come back. =)

Ok. That happens to me all the time!!! Go to where you change your time on the computer. Then go forward about three minutes. You can change the time back later.
