How do you put torrent downloads on ipods?

There is a wesbite called handbrake, it lets you convert the torrent to be able to drag onto your iTunes account. There are no viruses or etc. I have been using it for the past couple of months as a friend told me about it. It is quite easy to use, first select which iPod you have then, select a place for it to save then find the video you want to convert. Here is the link to handbrake: http://handbrake.fr/
