To add a title/text or credit:
If you know where you want the title/text or credit to appear in your movie, click that location on the storyboard/time-line.

Once it is saved, import the new video into Windows Movie Maker. Once you have dragged it onto the storyboard, click on View Video Effects on the left. Scroll down and drag "Speed Up Double" onto the Video. Then save the video again. Once you have the speeded up video, import it again into Windows Movie Maker. This time, drag it into the Audio/Music column instead of the Video. Save it to your computer, and ta-da! You have a speeded up version of your song. NOTE- If you want to change your pitch, you need to do it in Audacity.

I faced the same problem - I wanted to make a stop motion. So I imported all my images - and then went into "video tools" - then "edit" and then changed the duration to however fast or slow I wanted it to move past the picture. If you want to make only 1 picture move faster or slower, select it and then change the duration. If you need to make a stop motion and hence make all the images move faster [altering the fps - frames per second] then select all the images and make the change in the "duration" section. hope this was helpful!
