First and foremost, you cut your feet off right above the ankle. Then once you have cut both of your feet off, you put them in a shoe or boot (preferably a steel toe boot). Once you got that far, you grab the strings and swing the boots round and round till you nail yourself right in the face for asking such a stupid question. PLEASE upload on YouTube a video of yourself doing this so that I may watch it and tell you if you did it right.

While riding a horse what ways are good to increase your balance?
To improve your balance whilst horse riding you can ride without your stirrups which increases your balance as you don't have your stirrups to rely on and have to use your bum to support your self. Also if it is possible to have a lunge lesson (where you are on the lunge line) you could ride without your reins and put your hands on your hips so that you are not relying on your hands and reins to keep you balanced. If you have your own horse you could also ride bareback. Trying out exercises on horseback help your balance too e.g. Around The World, Scissors etc.Hope this helps x

This is how you mount a horse English style. you can either use a mounting block if the horse is too big, or mount from the ground. 1. you tighten your girth and put your stirrups down. you can walk your horse over to the mounting block and make sure you still mount up on the left side. halt your horse so you can still hop on. if your horse decides to act up, you can always ask an instructor to help you. if you have a crop, hold it behind your leg. 2. climb up the mounting block and grab the reins in your left hand and put your right hand behind the saddle. put your left foot in the stirrup and swing your other leg over. gather your reins and put your right leg in the stirrup as well. if the stirrups are too long then you can shorten or make them longer from the saddle, or get someone else to do it. 1. You can make the stirrup on the left side longer if you have to. then you put your left foot in the left stirrup and someone else will hold down the other stirrup so the saddle doesn't slip. then you can hop a little to get momentum and then swing your leg over. do the same thing as a mounting block, gather reins and fix stirrups. 1. To do a dis mount, you halt the horse and take your feet out of the stirrups and rest your reins on the horses neck and slide your right leg over and slip down. loosen the girth and do up the stirrups. take the reins over the horses head. 1. to do a walking dismount, you still do everything but halt. when the horse is walking, you slip from its back.

Can you wear an iPod while your riding?
If you mean riding a horse: DON'T DO IT!!!!! If you wear an ipod while riding, you could not hear noises of things that could spook your horse, or comments from your instructor. You could be severely injured. You would put yourself, the horse, and the people around you at risk. Save your ipod for working out or riding in a car(not driving).
