-make sure to wake up and go to bed at the same time every night
-try not to hit the snooze button

-switch it up. try sleeping on the opposite end of the bed or turning on your other side.
-if your wide awake after half an hour, stop obsessing over time and get upand do something relaxing. after a while, go back to sleep and try again
-keep furry friends out! give them a bed of their own
