You can take it to a Mazda dealer and they can do an update to your car's computer to disable the alarm. I think it's around $50-$75 for them to do that.

it is behind the drivers seat , 1 slide drivers seat forward 2 lift up plastic cover from front to back it has velcro 3 undo two triangle shaped screws from panel behind seat 4 jiggle panel up and rearward and it lifts up no hinges and there is the battery inside that hole
