As the pump removes air from the well, the pressure outside the well has a greater effect because the well has less air molecules pushing back. The pressure being forced down onto the water that pushes it up the pipe would not be enough to raise the water up the pipe that high.
If your all on a well, you already have a Pump and a Pressure Tank. If you can't get that Pump to make 60 psi, there is something wrong with it and it will need a Serviceman to diagnose the problem. I suggest a Well Driller or Pump expert.
Anything over 80 feet is considered a deep well. A jet pump can pump up from 80 feet, more than that needs a submersible pump.
A foot valve, in relation to a water well, is a check valve at he bottom of a well to keep the water from running back into the well from the pump when the pump is not running. If the check valve does not hold the water the pump will lose it's prime and will not pump water.
Artesian well
If your well pump has a option for a water level sensor then you can add it your pump but more then likely you will have to buy a well pump that already has one in it.
Get the air out first..

The fuel pump is located in the gas tank. You have to drop the tank or raise the bed up to get to it.
Yes you do if it is not a pick-up truck. But if it's a truck then you can take the bed loose and raise it up enough to get the pump out of the tank.
raise the bed up it would be easier
It is inside of the FUEL TANK. Must remove the tank or raise the bed up to remove the pump from the top of the tank.

It has an electric fuel pump inside of the fuel tank. You can either raise the bed up to remove the pump from the top of the tank, or you can drop the tank down.
Move down? Yes, there is a level on the left side of the seat that you need to pump down to lower the seat and pump up to raise it.
You either have to raise the bed up or take the fuel tank out. That is the only way.
If you are removing the fuel pump, You can either drop the tank are raise the bed up. Your choice.
