In the final battle with the Black Widow, you have to crank the lift to raise the shady guy to the top of the room. But you also have to catch the art that the Black Widow is throwing, or it will be smashed.
Catch four pieces of art in a row. When the Black Widow becomes angry, she stops throwing things, and you can quickly turn the crank once or twice. Dodge when she throws a small bomb at you, then continue catching the art. After seven or eight times, or a few more, you should have turned the crank enough to lift the shady guy up to her.
