Easiest way is to resize (called 'scale') the whole picture,
but 3 items up is canvas re-size.

Drawing canvas in Photoshop is frame in which you can draw, compare it with piece of paper in real environment. To resize shapes use Edit > Transform, to arrange shapes you can use options from options bar when Move tool is selected or go to Layer > Arrange, Align, Distribute.

Shoot at the highest megapixel rating the camera can do and resize the picture in the computer using software like Photoshop, Corel or GIMP. RAW format is always the best if you know how to handle it.

First off, you need to have a picture editing program. If you don't have one, I will suggest GIMP . That is a powerful program at a great deal (FREE) (:D). The term used in GIMP is image size, and enter 50x150, wait a few seconds, and viola!! you are resized. I have Adobe CS-5, and using the "Alt+Ctrl+I" I can resize... I forget what tab its under (:s) sorry. Hope this helps!
