How do you read the answer to a question that has already been asked?

Immediately under the Answer is a box in light print which says Edit Answer. Click it. Then post your answer under the existing one(s). You may preface it with something like "Answer 2" so that it's clear that they're not all from the same contributor.

I dont have an account here so I could not improve an answer. I "asked" this question becuz some1 asked a question It was: "shark has no bones?" and the answer was they do have bones. please any1 who has an account and read this "question" copy and paste this question into the search and improve it here is the question: shark has no bones correct answer: they have no bone they have cartilage. of course maybe already improved this becuz he/she read this. so if it is improved now dont say im a liar in this date (today) it was not 8/sep/2010
How do you use answerscom?
You type a question into the large text box where it says 'enter question or phrase'. Then WikiAnswers will check to see if the question has already been asked, if so you can read the answer. If not the question will be posted to the Internet and anybody can answer it. The answer time for questions can vary depending on the number of neeks (clever people with nothing better to do like me) online answering questions. It could be seconds or days. Unfortunately because loads of people ask stupid questions that waste people's time or ask questions that have already been answered the whole process is slowed down.

How will you know if the questions you posted have already been answered?
If you have the box under My Settings checked to have WikiAnswers automatically e-mail you when your questions are answered, it will send an email to you when it has been answered. Then you can read the answer. If you chose the option 'watch question' when you asked the question, it will show up in 'My Watchlist' when there any changes have been made to that Q&A, one of which may be the answer. You need to make an account or log-in before you receive email notifications, Otherwise, you can just bookmark your question's page and check it later to see if anyone answered it. When asking a question, and it already exists on WikiAnswers, the website will either automatically direct you to the question page (if you worded it exactly) or it will direct you to 5 suggestions, one of which may be the same as your question (but worded differently). If your question doesn't exist at all (in any wording), you can add it, as you have been doing.

i believe a moderately astute observer would wonder why this question was asked. this question could have been asked by a doting parent wanting the same percieved advantages for their children and wish to have them enrolled, or it could have been asked by someone with less than honorable intent, or a "foe-tographer", trying to get celeb' kids pics. and since anyone can read that kind of information if posted, it should be held private, in my opinion.
