The cables are not adjustable. The regulator is only serviced as an assembly.
Remove the door trim panel.Then clip the window regulator cables. Push window up and tape it in place until you can replace the regulator
Window motor and regulator are found inside of the door panel and may be bolted or riveted in. Should be bolted. Disconnect the window from regulator, take out reg. and motor, then disconnect regulator from motor, reconnect new motor to regulator, reattach those inside of the door, then reconnect the window to the regulator, put it together and see if it works.
Bad window regulator. The cables are not pulling evenly and it tilts the window.

unbolt the window from the regulator and push the window all the way up and tape window to door then run the motor all the way up til it stops then reattach widow to regulator.
It is called a window Regulator go on line and you will find a picture of it. I have replaced 3 on mine.
The regulator has failed and needs replaced.
Use a side cutters and cut the cables. Tape the window up until you can replace the regulator.
To replace the car window on the driver side you will need to follow the following steps. 1. Disconnect the car battery if the window has automatic controls. 2. Remove the window trim and disconnect the window from manual or automatic controls. 3. Unbolt the regulator that holds the glass and remove the glass. 4. Replace the glass and reattach the regulator, controls and trim.
