Either use the mouse (assuming it's a Windows platform) to shut it off from the start menu, or hold the power button down to do a hard shutdown then start it again.
You would just have to use the mouse instead of the enter key

when you reboot it it comes up at first with the aer screen pres f12 then go down one. then press enter... Press next, next next till it comes to a different screen then wait for a minute then it will reboot..
