After you open the hood, look down in front of the fan and you will see a aluminum tube running across between the fan and the engine. There is a blue cap on the inlet port. Remove the blue cap and attach your filler tube with gauge on this end and the freon can to the other. The gauge will normally have 3 colors ( yellow, green and red ) yellow is low ( needs freon ) green ( normal ) and red ( overfill ) keep adding freon until you get about middle of the green area. You need to have the engine running and the A/C turned on because the compressor is what make the freon suck out of the can. Be careful not to overfill. There are safety measures in place in case of overfill, but the safest way is to not overfill. If you don't think you can do it safely, take it to a mechanic so they can do it for you. Also, your van takes R134a freon.
