If the AC control is always blowing hot air, the AC control head has failed.
On the drivers side next to the air filter box
The recharge port is located on the passenger side near the firewall.
be more specific.. wheres the leak..?? you might have to replace a seal.. or a pipe then recharge the system

It does not have a cabin air filter.
Using a gauge and the proper type of freon, connect to the low side ac gauge. With the ac on high and the engine running fill the system to the full mark on the gauge.
Take out entire dash. Remove a/c unit, disasemble unit. Pull out evap. core.
Best to take it to a shop, if it needs charged it's leaking
There are NO sight glasses used on 1994 to date Chrysler meaning you need the knowledge and equipment to recharge the A/C system the consequences are damage to the system because of lost oil in the system or high pressures caused by over filling with R134.
yes you are better off getting the starter can with the reusable hose and gauge if this is your first time refilling yourself
