Well first you take a deep breath and you plug your Mic in then you go to record and press that then speak its really quiet so you have to turn your speakers up
you would have to download a program, i use audacity, but if you have windows 7, you can use windows recognition. Have fun.
I'm not sure if this works, but record your voice on sound recorder and then go to add music. It should play your voice over the media as it would if you were to put music instead.

The 2.1 and 2.6 versions of Windows Movie Maker have a narration feature. So as long as you have a microphone connected to your computer, you can record voice in the program. But, Windows Live Movie Maker does not have a Narration feature. Just a thought... You can use your sound recorder to record voice if you feel more comfortable with it instead of the Narrate feature in WMM. And since WLMM does not come with a Narrate feature, that's your only choice. Once you're done recording, place it into the music track.
