Personaly, I began taking melotonin pills and sleep time tea. But it varies I guess on the person. That's just my opinion.

You get drunk, get married with a random person, sleep with them, have a kid, then wake up not knowing who your with and throw up in the bathroom =)
Drink lots of water. One of the effects of alcohol consumption in large doses is severe dehydration, so drink water to combat this.

More often then not there is a medical condition causing the sleep walking, finding the medical condition and treating it is the best cure. Heavy drinking may also be resonsible, again, it is not the sleep walking that is the problem but the cause. You will not treat the sleep walking with out knowing the cause. See a doctor.
Between stopping drinking and leaving for work, you should allow at least eight (8) hours, like for sleep. This will give your body time to process the alcohol, eliminate it from your blood, and for your body to recover from the mild poisoning the alcohol causes.
