How do you reduce computer screen size?

There is a small box with a magnifying glass and a number with a percentage sign (%) in the lower right corner, click on it and if you desire a larger screen press a bigger number, if you want a smaller screen, then pick a smaller number, or you can click Custom and make your own number.

This answer requires a bit more information. are you trying to reduce the amount of information on the computer screen to make the items on the screen larger or smaller?

general answer using Windows XP OS: right click mouse on desk top - left click on properties (this should bring you to "Display Properties" there are 5 tabs - left click on "Settings" tab. look for "Screen resolution" you will see a "Less More" slider - depress left mouse button while the mouse cursor is on the indicator and move the the mouse left or right to choose what screen resolution suites your needs. then left click "Apply" if you like what you did then click "OK" if not return the screen resolution to where it was. then click "OK"

You can get a smaller screen, by simply buying a new one, smaller than your big one.

Or you can change the resolution of your monitor by right clicking on the desktop and clicking screen resolution the where it says resolution, click on the drop down box and move the slider to suit your needs
