Gum disease are mainly caused because of accumulation of plaque, calculus, tartar on teeth. So, Visit a dentist as soon as possible and get complete scaling (oral prophylaxis) done, take all the medication prescribe by the dentist and After that follow a good oral hygiene habits like brushing twice daily with right technique and see to it you maintain your cleaned teeth.
