check your pvc. If you have alot of carbon build up in your heads this will not allow proper vetalation for the crank case. Also one more thing if it is a high milage engine you could be having blowby caused by worn piston rings and or cylinders.

a Chevy 350 crank is a Chevy 305 crank. they have the same stroke, 3.48 inches, and are interchangable. swapping between the two cranks does not change the engines displacement
