No one knows how to stop it from occurring or how to cure it the only thing that can be done about it is to control the damage it does while it runs its coarse. If you are lucky it may go into remission . but we don't understand why this happens when it does.

By first of all keeping up a proper balance of minerals such as calcuim and Vitamin D to facilitate its uptake which will reduce the risk of osteoporosis. However no one knows at this stage what the cause is for most forms of Arthritis so nothing can realy be done aside from avoding traumatic damage to joints and bone and controling the damage done by inflamatory forms of the disease with anti inflamatorys and and disease modifying drugs

you cant you either have it or you don't If you have it all you can do is try to keep it under control There is no cure. There are however treatments that can help in keeping the damage done by the disease under control this is done with various types of inflammatory and disease modifying drugs that work on the immune system.

There is nothing that can be done to avoid Arthritisbecause the cause of nearly all forms of arthritis is not known. It boils down to the luck of the draw. There are hoever treatments available to help avoid damage caused by some of the more harmful forms of the disease.

According to several general medical sources, arthritis can be prevented by activities associated with healthy living. This includes drinking plenty of water and eating right to keep bones healthy and strong, as well as stretching and being active.
