It depends. By asking this question I can tell you have low self-esteem. You have got to love yourself as much as you love her. If there is something you think you can do to change her mind about you, than do it. If you're over weight, please get in shape because women hate guys who don't take care of themselves. Perhaps if you are conceited, drop the eago. If you don't spend enough time with her, take her out to dinner, buy her somethimg she always nags to you about. If she thinks you don't listen to her, then LISTEN. It is the worst thing in the world for a women to feel like her man doesn't care about her feelings.

If she's determined to leave you, then you must accept that and move on.
Correcting whatever behavior she says made her leave MIGHT help, but it might not, too.
Your best option is to move on and become the best man you can be. Maybe she'll see the change and want YOU back - maybe she won't.
Maybe some OTHER woman will - or maybe SHE won't.
In any case, you'll be a much better man - which is the first step to a happy life.
