You can't block Moshi Monsters off your computer. When you register on a website and you don't want to go on it anymore, then all you can do is forget about it. Moshi Monsters keep sending me mails, saying "Your Moshi Monster is missing you!" but I just delete them, so do the same. If you go on another device then maybe Moshi Monsters will not bother you anymore (on that new device.)
