on a holly or demon you want to remove the fuel bowls and the jets are in the metering blocks.
on a edelbrock or carter remove the top of the carb and they should be under the floats
on a quadrajet remove the top plate and they are on the bottom
remove the jets and if the car is running rich replace the jets with smaller ones if it is running to lean replace with larger ones only go up one size at a time
