It tips forward. remove headrest, and release to sprung catches at rear of seat, it then will tip forward
it is located under the passenger seat. The seat tilts forward like the rear seats however the catches are very difficult to release.
Take out spanner from the right hand rear floor compartment. Unscrew the bolt attaching the wheel from the inside of the boot.
To reset the engine management light on a Citroen Picasso, press and hold the trip reset button. Turn ignition key to position 2. By keeping the button pressed in, the trip meter will count down. When zero is reached, release the trip button and the start car service light will be extinguished.
OK........ Handbrake adjustment. The handbrake is normally self adjusting So either the cable/s are stretched, or the pads are well worn, and you have no adjustment left. 5 clicks on lever when applying normal/moderate pressure = correct adjustment. If not, then split apart handbrake lever trim, and remove. (Or break which ever happens first). The plastic surround on the handbrake lever needs to be prised apart on the underneath seam as the top seam has interlaced parts that might break. The floor/carpet panel is prized from the rear edge. Unclip & remove carpet panel surrounding lever, you will then see the adjusting nut, bell crank & cables. Chock front wheels, jack-up rear, AND SUPPORT SECURELY. Apply/ release handbrake 4 times. With lever set on 5th click, check that both rear wheels are locked. If not tighten adjustment nut until both wheels are locked. Release handbrake, check that both wheels rotate. Apply handbrake 5 clicks, check for locking - release, check for rotation. If happy, reassemble.
you pull the brake lever and lift off but also wind up the jockey wheel Pull on handbrake, make sure tow vehicle handbrake is fully on unplug electric plugs, pull towball release handle and then wind DOWN jockey wheel.
apparently on the bonnet release catch under the bonnet, there are two bolts sticking out and you are apparently meant to clip battery charger to those but i am not sure which way around they go.
Hi push the mileage reset button, turn ignition to the las position but don't stat the car. you will notice that's its couwnting down than release thanks
My Handbrake adjuster is situated on the left hand side (left hand drive van) just underneath van, where the handbrake is on floor. Jack up rear of vehicle, support both sides on axle stands. Apply handbrake 5 clicks, wheels should be locked at this point. If not, adjust nut on adjuster until wheels are both locking. Release brake, wheels should turn freely, no binding. Hope this helps.
Release the handbrake
It is very easy to adjust the handbrake on a Vectra C. All you need to do is remove the rear console and release the handbrake. Under the handbrake is a cable with a white end fitting, push down the end fitting onto the plastic locking device. Then pull the lever and it will be adjusted.
When you release the handbrake, the vehicle may begin to lurch.
