use a pry bar between the ideler arm and pully. The tensioner is sprig activated. This will take a little pressure, but it should loosen with eaze. after releaseing tensioner, it will tighten back up b/c of the spring.
Release the pressure on the belt tensioner and belt should slide off pulleys
you have to put a socket wrench into the hole on the tensioner and pull up on it to release the tension from the belt.
