the same way you'd remote start any other car, unless it's a stick, then most shops wont do it due to liability.

No. None of the Z32 300zx's have them. (1990-1996) There is no option for it either. The only thing you could do is buy an aftermarket wheel that is smaller.

In the 1990-1996 it should be in the trunk underneath the speaker on the right side in that area (under some interior panels)
