Depends on which model. Pretty substantial difference between an FL series (FL50 - 120, FLD132, et. al.) and a Columbia.

IIRC, the door panel on a Columbia is all snapped in (as pretty much the entire interior of a typical Freightliner fleet truck after the FLD120 is)... you just need a door trim puller to go around the panel, and pull it out, or even a simple slotted screwdriver should work.
