The drawers lift off the roller guides. There is a tab and slot arrangement with the tab on the roller guide and the slot in the drawer. There is one at each corner of the drawer. There is also a smaller tab in the drawer near each slot. This tab is bent out and prevents the drawer being lifted off the roller guides. By bending the tabs in slightly, the drawer can be lifted off the guides.
