If you are asking about the center "Hub-Cap" on the stock wheels, and of their removal, you have to remove the wheel from the car first. On the inside of the wheel, there are I think three 5/16" head screws that screw through the wheel into the plastic hub cap. Once you remove these screws, the cap is free from securement and will simply fall off.

ROCK CALAPER BACK ON LOWER SCREW TO REVEAL THE PADS. 4. WIGGLE THE PADS FREE FROM THEIR HOUSING. 5. FIT THE NEW PADS IN PLKACE OF THE OLD ONES REMEMBERING TO FIT THE THIN BACKING COVERS OFF THE OLD DISCS. 6. PUSH THE PISTONS BECK INTO THEIR HOUSING. (A G CLAMP IS HANDY FOR THIS). 7. To remove the rotor, remove the brake caliper, and then pull the rotor straight off the wheel studs. If the rotor doesn't budge, then use an air hammer to tap the front face of the rotor adjacent to the wheel studs (the flat area of the rotor directly between the wheel studs).
