How to remove blood stains from outdoor deck tiles?
Blood stains are tough to remove. Especially, since you have black outdoor tiles. The bleach will surely lighten the tile. Try this procedure: 1) Wipe the stain with a sponge and cold water. 2) Use a stiff or hard brush - toothbrush or cleaning brush to try and remove the stain. 3) Use a diluted solution of washing soda and detergent to rinse the stain out.

I have a fiberglass pool and I am constantly battling with iron stains. It is not impossible to remove the stains. I get brown stains in my pool and I treat them with jacks magic stain solution #1. Check out their website. They show different pictures of different types of stains. The stuff does remove the stains quickly, but it is expensive. Hope this helps.
