2Ive installed the AVG free scanner, which picked up a similar Trojan called Trojan horse IRC/Backdoor.SolBot2.KK but it cant delete or get rid of it. it tries but the thing returns 5 mins or so after starting up internet. AVG still notices it and sends alerts every 2 mins tho, which McAfee didnt. Norton isn't even worth bothering about.Hiya
I am not sure if this helps. AVG Free Scanner picked up a trojanhorse irc/backdoor.sdbot.119.0. It was certainly superior to Norton in this respect.
