You need to run these 5 essential steps to remove all the spyware on your computer.

1. Run Deckard's System Scanner (DSS)

2. Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

3. Run the anti spyware removal programs spybot

4 Run Superantispyware

5. Run a complete scan with free curing utility Dr.Web CureIt!

Install threat fire which will enhance your antivirus protection

Alright, Here's how I got rid of it. It might not be the same for everyone else. But its worth a shot since there are no other answers. I found the Downloader.Small.4.BQ was attached to a programed called "Loader.exe" in a Lycos file. And AVG was giving me constant warnings of it. It took me a little while but I got into the properties of the "Loader.exe" program. And I turned it into an archive. This separated the virus and put it into two different area's of course. But now you're able to delete it. Once you've done that empty your recycle bin. Then use your Virus Scanning software to pick up and destroy or heal the last bits of it hanging around. It wouldn't let me delete it or even access it until I made it an archive. But one thing to remember, "DO NOT OPEN THE FILE THAT IS CONTAMINATED". If you do a a "Highjack" virus will install itself on you're computer. I've you've already done that, even if it was on accident. Here's a site which will help you remove this Highjack virus. http://forums.thetechguys.com/showthread.php?p=17715#post17715 Sorry if it doesn't help all of you. But it was the best I could do to try and help out.

How do you remove the Trojan Downloader Small.7.AV?

Hi, I used BitDefender AV to detect the trojan. It wasn't able to remove it, so I traced the path and deleted the file in safe mode. It was hiding under the same name as windows indexing service, only in CAPS. Later, I ran TDS-3 anti-trojan scanner which removed the remains of the bugger.
