ok first you need to remove the panel that's closes to the windshield after that youll need some alenwrenches and a small socket then you have a small panel on both drive and passenger ,drivers covers fuse box .passanger same thing then open glove box remove small panel above glove box then unscrew radio bezel to reveal somemore screws then check for anymore missing screws if not carefully lift up on dash to pull lose the retaining screws then dash should come right off.I did this to put in some aftermarket gauges

i believe the heater motor is locted under the hood on the fire wall on the passengers side,no need to remove the dash

Most GM computers are inside the dashboard, just to the right of the glove-box. To get to it you'll need to remove the glove box (just a couple screws). If it's not there, you'll need to find a service manual.
