The best way I removed it was to get something that could slide on top of the one stuck like and old scratched CD and try to slide it out. It usally works you just have to apply slight very slight pressure to the one stuck and pull both like the are magnets. so far so good my CD player still works - its the one that comes with the car I don't know if this work for others

Remove the cover from your 2003 Kia CD player. Remove the CD player retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the CD player.

I have a 2003 Expedition with a 6 CD changer that had a CD stuck in it. We disconnected the battery cables and then reconnected them (have your key fob close by in case your alarm goes off). When we reconnected the battery cables the CD player spit out the stuck CD and then reinitialized itself for about a minute or two. Then I could load and eject all of the CDs inside, and the CD player worked again.
Look for a tiny hole near the CD door. Use a long piece of stiff wire or a long pin to push inside this hole. This should eject the CD.
