what number is the lighter fuse on a 04 vauxall combi van
it has not got one you have to remove gear box sump plate
pull the cover plate off by hand, then remove the bolts then the radio will pull right out.
After you take off the face plate, you need a removal tool to remove the stereo. If you dont have one, get tweezers, break them in two pieces, and shove the two prongs into the inserts on the side of the stereo. Slowly manuever the stereo out.
there are 4 holes in the front face of the stereo. inside are tiny little screws which need to be undone with a small Allen key. then insert the vauxhall remover keys (which can be bought in halfords etc quite cheap) and just pull out. also if you are fitting a new stereo it may not fit straight away. there is a cage that the vauxhall stereo fits into. this is fixed to the bulk head by a torx head screw (star shape) in the centre at the back. then just pull this out. !
Remove the oil cap and the eco plate underneath it. Disconnect the wires and remove the coil pack, and the spark plugs will be under that.
I got my clutch and gearbox all done all in for £800.00 Vauxhal combo van 53 plate, although the old shape ones were far better, my last one done 230'000 miles.
The mitsubishi eclipse has never had a bose stereo your 01 gs came with an infinity stereo, if your car does have one it is because it is aftermarket. To remove it you simply take the 2 screws at the bottom of the face plate that covers the heating and radio then remove the 2 or four depending how big your stereo is and pull it out.
pull hvac knobs off,pop a/c vents out,remove 2 screws,pop off trim plate,remove radio screws
You should look around at the whole package to get the OBD connector for Vauxhall Corsa 57 plate.
