You can remove dead mouse odors from your clothes dryer by sourcing the dead mouse and removing it. Make sure that you use gloves when doing so. The bad smell is likely to stay for some time afterwards so it is a good idea to clean the vent system and the front and rear panels with white vinegar. Also clean the lint trap by spraying white vinegar on it, rinse well and dry before returning it to the dryer.

First find the dead mouse and get rid of it. If it met its end on carpet use deodorizing carpet foam cleaner, if the end was met on a hard surface spray a disinfectant cleaner such a Lysol over the area. And if the rodent cannot be found there is not a lot a body can do but put a deodorizer in the room. If the rodent is located between walls, you will need someone to locate it and replace the dry wall. An enzyme spray might also help in areas you cannot replace. Another option for those that cannot find their dead rodent is to use an ozone generator to destroy the odor in the air until the mouse has decayed and no longer stinks. Ozone will actually react with the molecules in the air that are the source of the offensive odor, turning them into particles that won't bother our human noses. Such ozone generators can be rented, and in this instance will need to be run several times (or continuously at low levels) until the mouse decays. Google "ozone generator rentals" to find a company that can help you out!
