AnswerRemove any skid plate covering the tank. Next undo the fuel filler neck. It unscrews from inside the gas flap. I think it it is like 4 star shaped screws. Push the fuel filler neck through the opening in the bed side. (you have to remove the gas cap) Next you have to lower the straps enough to disconnect the fuel lines. And the electrical connectors. They should just push them together and twist a quarter turn and pull them apart. (the fuel lines) Now just lower the tank by taking the strap nuts down the long threaded studs. Preferable with a jank underneath to help hold it. You might want to empty as much gas out as possible. One thing that would give you more access is to take the bed off. That is up to you. This is about it. I think I told you everything. After you get the skid plate off soak the the other nuts with good penetrating oil and let it sit for a bit.
