Towards the front of the vehicle there is a button to cover a screw, remove it and the screw. This will let you pull back the top of the panel. If you look do into the door you will see yellow plastic pieces that act as standoffs and "rivets". Gently take a long flathead screwdriver or that special tool that car audio guys have to pry the panel from the door. Go around the door starting from the removed screw counter-clockwise then clockwise meeting at the opposite edge. Now there are two more screws to get out. One is in the handle pocket, the other is behind the handle paddle. Once pulling the panel from the door the screw behind the paddle is the only thing holding the panel on short of the connecting rods (for the door handle and lock) and electrical connections. Just pry off the ends of the connecting rods and disconnect the Molex connectors and that's it. BTW, the screw behind the paddle is a torx head. Behind the panel is a rubber membrane that can just peel off, but try to keep as much of the adhesive on the rubber as possible. I found if you use short, quick pulls it comes off pretty easy.
